SnoA/Pno means sopranino saxophone, alto saxophone and piano.
AA or AT means that this music is available both for two alto saxophones, and for alto and tenor saxophones.
S/A · S/A/T · T/B/Bs means the first player can play S or A; the second player can play S, A or T; and the third player can play T, B or Bs (flexible arrangements).
In saxophone duets, AA or TT usually means two saxophones of the same pitch; it will probably also suit SS and BB.
In saxophone trios, AAA or TTT usually means three saxophones of the same pitch; it will probably also suit SSS and BBB.
'Genre' is the main category of music in the catalogue and recordings. The only three main categories are Classical, Jazz, and Popular Music. The borders between these are not always clear. The boundaries between these categories are not always clear. For instance, a piece of traditional music arranged for a saxophone quartet could be classified under any of these categories depending on the perspective. 'Sub-genre' is more open and can help to get a more specific idea of the concrete music (ragtime, baroque, sacred, gospel, folk, dixieland, etc).
This website doesn't show or provide any copyrighted sheet music or excerpts. However, in most of the pieces or recordings, you'll find links to the publishers, distributors, composers or arrangers who legally can give you access to the music. We need to support composers and arrangers to continue having beautiful music, so please get the music from official sources.

They are! You can find them in the catalogue under 'Large Saxophone Ensembles (7+)' . Since there are fewer septets and larger saxophone ensemble pieces, they are all in the same category. However, if the number of septets and larger saxophone ensemble pieces increases in future, it will likely be necessary to expand the filters to allow for more specific searches.
All the recordings were made by Pablo Torrealba playing the soprano, alto, tenor, and baritone saxophones. The recordings were made using Audacity, a free, open-source audio editing and recording app.
In the catalogue, we use the same difficulty level as publishers in their catalogues. As there is no standardisation in the grading of the difficulty level, you will find different terms and grades, i.e., numbers 1 to 3 or 1 to 8, year numbers equivalent to conservatoire grades, or words such as 'beginner', 'advanced'. We know it can be confusing, but establishing a standard difficulty level for all the works in the catalogue is out of its scope - at the moment.
